I have a couple of issues. 1. When I import a manufacturer, like Soundcraft for example, the folder moves from the Stardraw list to my list of 70, but does not show up in my list while in rack drawing mode. I need to draw Expression1 and Performer1 rack mount mixers in racks. 2. Middle Atlantic has almost nothing in the folder. Anything else having this issue?

Hi Brent,
If you've just added a Manufacturer to your selection you will need to allow a little time for the libraries to download and synchronize locally before the products can be listed in the Product Browser. Some libraries are quite large and might be tens or hundreds of megabytes in size; transfer of this volume of data is not instantaneous.
When you next start SD7.2 wait until you see Synchronization Complete and then Ready in the Status Bar, bottom left of the application window, to ensure that the Product Browser is fully populated.
Regarding Middle Atlantic racks: they are found in the Enclosure Systems folder and the library is comprehensive.
Does this solve your problem?
Kind regards, Rob Robinson Stardraw.com

Does this solve your problem? The problem is not solved. The only sub folder in the Middle Atlantic master folder is rack accessories after syncing is 100% complete. There is nothing in the Soundcraft folder, and the Soundcraft folder is located in the User Defined list only.

Also, I seem to remember there being more products in the QSC folder, but the only sub folder I see there is for the new energy star amplifiers.

Hi Brent,
Just to confirm, you are looking at the Product Browser in a Rack Layout drawing?
What you've described sounds very wrong for the libraries you've mentioned in a Rack Layout drawing on a synchronized machine so we need to identify whether the problem is where you're looking, or whether synchronization has not completed. A screengrab of what you see would be helpful.

The synchronization was "completed" quickly before. Now it seems to be taking longer, and all of the files are showing up. But, for most of the day, I had only partially complete files, and the synchronization was said to be complete and SD was ready. Click To Enlarge

Hi Brent,
Understood - this means you'll be re-installing all of the manufacturer libraries from scratch and that's certainly a 'belts and braces' way to proceed. All should be well, but please post back if, after synchronization completes, you believe you're missing any products/symbols.

I think it is working, except for the fact that I have selected Ace Backstage, got the synch 100% and ready feedback, but it is not showing up in the list. I will remove and retry. I had a the majority of the files earlier. BTW, I am using Parallels on a Mac, if that means anything.

Well, I am still having issues with manufacturers showing up at all, even after importing them multiple times. I am going to start from scratch once more. If that doesn't work, I think I will do something different. Thanks.

Hi Brent,
Parallels shouldn't cause any issues but perhaps in your case it has and the local product database is unhappy. I recommend doing a totally clean sweep; for this, we'll delete the application database file.
1. Close SD7.2 2. Using Windows Explorer go to "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Stardraw.com Ltd\Stardraw Design 7.2\1.0.0.0\" 3. Delete the file that ends "-Application.sdf" e.g. "556c62ed-1597-4271-a796-7a203dea4287-Application.sdf" 4. Restart SD7.2 and wait for synchronization to complete.
