Hi B‌rent,

J‌ust to confirm, ‌‌you are looking at the Product Browser in a Rack Layout drawing?

W‌hat you've described sounds very wrong for the libraries you've mentioned in a Rack Layout drawing on a synchronized machine so we need to identify whether the problem is where you're looking, or whether synchronization has not completed.  A screengrab of what you see would be helpful.

Hi Brent,

U‌nderstood - this means you'll be re-installing all of the manufacturer libraries from scratch and that's certainly a 'belts and braces' way to proceed.  All should be well, but please post back if, after synchronization completes, you believe you're missing any products/symbols.‌

I think it is working, except for the fact that I have selected Ace Backstage, got the synch 100% and ready feedback, but it is not showing up in the list.  I will remove and retry.  I had a the majority of the files earlier.  BTW, I am using Parallels on a Mac, if that means anything.
