release license after computer crash

Here is the Problem a bit different: We did get a new Windows Exchange and whatever else server. So they also migrated the Exchange user profiles. I think that why i cant use the license. Click To Enlarge As you can see i also have the same Computer Name/ID. Can you please help me? The user is not the same as my mail adress i used in here for registrating. The registrated mail adress is: info@moving.ch thx a lot, Hendrik

For those reading this thread, the most efficient way to have a license released remotely is to email techsupport@stardraw.com citing your registered email address and the license ID, if you can include it, to be released.
