release license after computer crash

The computer holding the license had a HD crash. Now the license in locked. How can I release it ?

Thanks for your post - we have remotely released your license and it can now be deployed on any computer.

Would be great if I could get a similar solution for that. Smile
Here is the Problem a bit different:
We did get a new Windows Exchange and whatever else server. So they also migrated the Exchange user profiles. I think that why i cant use the license.

As you can see i also have the same Computer Name/ID.
Can you please help me?

The user is not the same as my mail adress i used in here for registrating. The registrated mail adress is: info@moving.ch

Hi Hendrik,

Yes, if the Windows Profile changed while the license was in use, this would explain why the license is not available to the current Profile.

The license has been released and can now be used on any computer.
