Currently working on a layout. If I were to print to A1, will the drawing scale perfectly including font without blur?

Yes, all vector objects, including vector fonts, are designed to scale perfectly.

Thank you Rob. Would this still stay true as well if exported as PDF and then printed by a printing service? We don't have a printer available to print at that size so we would have to take it elsewhere. If not, can you define the drawing with an a1 dimension as a whole?

If using PDF as an intermediary file format be sure to select the appropriate paper size (A0 or A1) when you Print to PDF, both in the SD7 interface and in the Printer Properties dialog; the quality of the PDF is dependent on its page size so if you create an A4 PDF and output it to A0 the results may be sub-optimal.

A‌lternatively you can have the print shop download the Stardraw Viewer; this will allow them to open, view and print the .S07 file directly.  The Viewer can be downloaded at ‌https://www1.stardraw.com/stardraw/sd7/downloads

T‌he third option, which is a bit more technical, is to install the driver for the out-of-house printer and then use it to Print to File.  The print shop can then simply output the generated print file to the printer by copying it out to the printer port (e.g. LPT1Smile.‌

Hey Rob,
‌When I print to pdf, it only allows me to save to A3, nothing further. If you can help me get it to A1 that would be appreciated, it seems there might be a setting I'm overlooking in the software interface. ‌

Different PDF Writers offer different page sizes by default - the page sizes available to a printer are nothing to do with SD7 - so a different PDF printer might give you what you need, but it is standard Windows functionality that for any printer ‌you can define new or custom page sizes (forms).  For details see this forum post.

I‌ hope this is helpful.
