Hello,
Was curious if I could have the following racks added to the library please.
Raxxess SWR-10-17
Raxxess SKB 6 space rack
Thanks so much,
Hi Joe,
The best way to ensure that your symbols requirements are always prioritized is make requests via www.stardraw.com
From the "Quick Links" on the left hand side of the Stardraw homepage, select your Stardraw product i.e. Stardraw A/V, then select 'Request Symbols' from the A/V menu. You may submit as many requests for symbols as you require.
We ask that you include an exact part number and product description for each model as this will help us locate information about the actual products you require symbols for.
I hope this helps.
Best regards

Several of the items I have requested are already listed as existing symbols, but are missing front and rear "high detail" in racks
Opon looking further, there are several products that are listed as symbols, but are missing front and rear "high detail" in racks
eg. Bose ESP-88, B1200, B2000m, Cloud CXV-225...... etc.
Hi Phil,
Thanks for your post. The symbols you are referring to have been ‘based on generics’ and are designed to be placeholders – to give you something to use in your system designs whilst we track down the information required to create the high detail symbols that will replace them.
When a symbol is requested and we are unable to obtain detailed product information in a reasonable time frame – we will often publish generic based symbols such as these for the Rack and Pictorial environments – all block schematic symbols published are accurate and show details of all available inputs and outputs.
We are constantly reviewing symbols published in the libraries which are generic based - and chasing the relevant manufacturers for their product drawings and datasheets.
If you have contact with any of the manufacturers that we are awaiting product information from, please give them a nudge – as a manufacturer’s customer you will perhaps have more leverage and could help speed things up. We certainly appreciate any help you can provide.
You can see which products have symbols based on generics by looking at the library listings here - symbols based on generics are flagged with a ’*’.
