Can I get some help? I have a problem with Stardraw that has not been addressed since I sent two messages to tech supporton the 24th of February and again on March 7th. I also have not received any feedback from sales, who I sent a message on March 9th. Below are the emails I have sent:
tech support: "I tried your Stardraw A/V demo and have now bought the full product. I installed the program from the disc that was sent along with the dongle. However, when I start Stradraw, it still notifies me that I have XX amount of days until the demo runs out. I have checked the dongle via your website and it identifes the dongle and its expiration of March 2006. I have updated the HASP driver also."
sales: "I purchased Stardraw AV and installer per your instructions. I still get an expiration notice for the demo software that was previously installed. Do I need an unlock code? My site code is..."
I'm afraid that I will be unable to save in less than a week. HELP!!
