Group: Forum Members Posts: 4, Visits: 9	When starting SD72 it takes about 60 seconds for the software to check for update and sign in. Not sure which it is getting hung up on - checking for update or sign in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success. I do not have this problem on other computers and it was working fine on this current computer until recently. Any suggestions?

I‌f the problem persists, do you see a similar issue signing in and out at the www.stardraw.com website‌? What has changed is the computer was wiped and had windows 7 reinstalled. So it is running faster and better for everything and has less on it than before, but SD is having issues for some reason.

Group: Administrators Posts: 2.3K, Visits: 9.1K	Do you use a Proxy Server? If so, and if the settings have changed, check that the correct settings are in use by SD7.2 - select Tools \| Proxy Settings to check and reset the proxy settings. Kind regards, Rob Robinson Stardraw.com
