When I use the bottom or side scroll bars the page does not go back to where it was before I use the scroll. When I am even a little zoomed in (or extremely zoomed in) and I need to move over a little bit. I grab the bar and move it to the left. Now I need to back and continue working on what I was previously working on. I grab the bar again and move it back to where it was and it does not bring me back to where I was. The bar is now all the way to the right and the page still needs to go further right but I can't go any further. Meaning I have to zoom out, move over and zoom back in. This extremely annoying and was wondering if there is an answer or a fix. I have not read the forums before so I hope this is not a duplication. Thanks for the help.

Try using the function Arrange | Document Boundary.  The Document Boundary is hidden by default (you can display it by choosing View | Boundary - it is a dotted blue rectangle when displayed) but it exists solely to give the scrollbars positional information.  Adjusting the boundary fits it to the objects in your drawing and optimises the positioning of your view as you move the scrollbars.

I hope this is helpful.
