Update to Synchronize UDP Cloud service which correctly handles asynchronous create/modify/delete records.

• solution to AutoCAD error when encountering zero-dimension hatches.
• replaces characters in layer names if they are invalid in AutoCAD's schema. In layers containing any of <>/\":;?*|,=`

the offending character is replaced by underscore (_)
