Fixes for minor bugs including:
Constrains Dynamic Copy functionality to Ctrl key. Copies are no longer created when holding the Shift key while dragging.
Fixes Shell Open issues i.e. doubleclicking on a .S07 file to open it.
UDPs display correctly after Shell Open
Shell Open invokes current instance of Stardraw Design 7 rather than starting a new instance of the application
