This update adresses all reported print/page setup issues, including printing to PDF.

  1. Fixes recall of Page Setup settings.
  2. Fixes aberrant behavior when changing from default to non-default printers.
  3. Page Setup settings now take precedence over default printer settings.
  4. Page Setup now takes its paper size options from the currently selected printer, whether it is the default or a non-default printer.
  5. Fixes all page size/orientation issues when printing to third-party PDF generators e.g. CutePDF.
  6. Fixes crashing bug when printing to Adobe PDFCreator.
Also:

  1. Adds to Cable Label tool the ability to drill through groups to apply Cable Labels to cables that are part of a group.
  2. Selection and Unlock cursors now honor locked layers correctly, i.e. you cannot select/move/edit/delete objects on locked layers.
