Yes it was the generated EXE on the target machine. Reinstalled the Subsystem and it did an update... Seems to be working now.

Which exe are you trying to start? Stardraw Control 2010? or the generated executable?

If it is the generated executable on your target machine, have you installed the Stardraw Control Machine Licensing sub-system?
