Layer Functionality:

1. Newly created layers are shown correctly in Properties Grid | Layers collection
2. Newly created layers are shown in Properties Grid | Current Layer dropdown
3. Creation of new layer sets newly created layer as current layer
4. Pasting into a document creates any new layers required by objects on clipboard

Organization of User Defined Products in Product Browser:
UDP wizard now includes 4 Custom Categories which can be used to arrange UDPs into a hierarchical 'folder' structure within the Product Browser. Custom categories can be added and edited to existing UDPs by rightclicking on the UDP in the Product Browser and selecting Edit Product.
