Adds mousewheel zoom and grab/pan when in Cable Label mode.

Changes behavior so that you can exit Cable Label mode and return to Selection cursor mode by hitting Escape.

Default page setup margins set to 1/2" (12.7mm).

Updates to default Title Block template files.
