Adds feature so that Page Setup settings (orientation/margins) from a custom title block are imported when the title block is added to the drawing so that you can, for example, define a custom Title Block for a specific paper size in a particular orientation optimized for a particular printer, and those setting will be applied to each drawing in which that Title Block is used.

Default margin for new drawings set at 1/2" or 12.7mm.

Fixes bug that might prevent Print Preview from showing the correct orientation and page margins.

Fixes bug that might crop the outermost pixel on the outermost vertical line(s) in Print Preview.
