Adds Add/Delete Node - when using the Selection cursor, rightclick on a Cable object and select Add Node to add a node to the Cable. Similarly, rightclick on a node on a Cable and select Delete Node to remove it. Useful if you need to change the number of segments in a Cable.
Fixes bug that prevented import of .S01 files that do not contain the Environment attribute.
