• Added in-place Cut, Copy and Paste
• Fixed text height when pasting from Clipboard as new text object.  Includes support for text from other sources e.g. Word, Notepad

Updates to Cable Tool

• Added use of Backspace while drawing to delete last fixed node i.e. removes last positioned segment.
• Fixed orientation of multiple segments (drawn by dragging) after node deletion using Backspace.
• While drawing cable, escape now terminates cable and ends Cable mode, returning cursor to Selection mode.
• Added support of mousewheel zoom while drawing cables. 
• Fixed display of selection handles so that drawing a new cable removes handles from previously selected cable.
