Major update to Text tool.
Fixed in-place creation/editing: added caret, support for keyboard navigation including arrow keys, home, end, backspace, enter (to create multiline text)
Added in-place editing of existing text objects: doubleclick with Selection cursor to edit in-place.
Added 'near', 'far' and 'center' alignment. Near = left-aligned for left-to-right reading languages e.g. English and all other Latin and Cyrillic scripts, and right-aligned for right-to-left reading languages e.g. Hebrew, Arabic.
Added vertical alignment.
Added support of mousewheel zoom while Text tool selected
Fixed issue that allowed selection of invalid measurement units
