The Environment Toolbars has been renamed Tools.  The Help system will be updated.  Thanks.

I have been reading the manual to use Stardraw AV more effectively and have been experimenting with layers. The problem I am having is that in the manual, it mentions an Environment toolbar. I do not have this toolbar, nor can I find an option to enable it. Am I missing something?
