I'm trying to export a stardraw panel design in autocad 2007.

It is normal that the cutting layer doesn't seem to be there? I see only the front view layer.

There is a way to import a design in autocad that will have the metalwork layout?

Regard,

Fred

Hi Fred,

When you save a document as a .DWG in Stardraw it remembers the layer state. So if you save out a .DWG in Stardraw whilst looking at 'front high detail', when you open the .DWG in AutoCAD you'll see the same view.

All layers that are present in your Stardraw document are exported when you save as a .DWG. You can use the layers control in AutoCAD to turn layers on and off.

I hope this helps.

Regards
