In Stardraw AV Lite, select Help | About Stardraw.  Please email the dongle number that is shown to techsupport@stardraw.com and we will be able to reset your manufacturer preferences.

I recently purchased Star Draw AV Lite. However, about a year ago, I downloaded a trial version and chose the manufactures at that time. Now that I am trying to download the actual software, it is holding me to those manufactures. I would like to change a few, it will not let me delete any. So I have not syncronized it yet. How can I choose different manufactures before I syncronize the library?

I tried tech support, and they had no idea and directed me here. I hope someone can help.

I just recently purchased the Stardraw AV Lite. About a year ago I downloaded a trial version and chose the 20 manufactures for the trial.



However, now that I purchased it, once I downloaded the software, it will not allow me to change the manufactures. I have several manufactures that we do not use any more, and several new ones I would like to add.



So I have not locked in and syncronized the library because I want to make sure i'm not locked into those, however when I go in to try and change them it will not let me.



Any suggestions on how I can do this? I contacted techsupport and they could not help me, but directed me here.
