but you might find the Title Blocks have been installed somewhere else, e.g.
C:\Program Files\Stardraw AV\My Symbols

You can check to see where they should be by running Stardraw and selecting Options | Library Directories.  the desired folder is shown under My Libraries.  Move the Title Blocks to that folder and then select Options | Refresh Libraries.
