Hi Tito,

Our records show that you purchased Stardraw AV in March 2005 and that your subscription expired two and a half years ago.  Stardraw AV has been replaced by Stardraw AV 2007 and is no longer supported - the current LiveUpdate process only applies to current products.

There is a procedure at http://www.stardraw.com/products/stardrawav/FAQ.asp?FAQ=AV001 which allows you to backup and reinstall an existing installation, but if you want to use the current program, access LiveUpdate, online services and receive support you do need to upgrade to the current version.

Kind regards,
Rob Robinson

Hi, I'm writing from Sonic Design.

We acquired stardraw a while back, we haven't used it for quite sometime.

I tried installing the software but couldn't do it because our subscription expired.

We don't need to do any updates just use the software the way we purchased it.

How can we do this????
