Finished reading allposts related to changing the built-in default font size for the Cable/Dogleg attributes CS_End_Label and CS_Start_Label unable to uncover "secret"

I want to create a block template where the default font size for the above Cable/Dogleg attributes are set to 0.100" versus the current default of 0.079".

Is there a way to accomplish this?

     Click on File | New and select the Block Schematic template....
