Dear Stardraw!

In Pictorial schematic is all products drawn to a certain scale, loudspeakers 1:20 for instance. With a function "scale to real scale/size" (short cut)you know the real size of the speakers (if you measure them with the measure tool) and with this in mind is it easier to check with and architectural drawing to see if it fits within certain allowed placements and or you can show a customer how big/small the loudspeakers would be in the actual room. I know this can be done by re scaling manually but a short might be good?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your post.  Symbols in the Pictorial Schematic environment are drawn to different scales, namely:

50mm:19" (1:9.693) (Rack products)
1:20 (Loudspeakers)

A symbol does not know what scale factor has been applied to it so we are currently unable to provide an autoscale function.  However, we have added your comment to our feature development list.  Thanks for the feedback.

Kind regards,
