I had to reformat my laptop running XP and now when I synchronize manufactures is says "Downloading application information" and doesn't do anything.  XP is up to date, and the dongle is recognized.  I've also unistalled and reinstalled and that didn't change anything.  Any Ideas.

When you run Stardraw, can you look at the location of the Offline directory by choosing Library Directories from the Tools menu.

Make sure that this is a valid location and that you have read/write privilege to it.
