Can i make or convert my drawings into a non rgb file so an outside printing group can print these drawings?

Yes, there are several solutions to third party printing.  The best one to use depends on your particular circumstance.

1) Have the print shop download and install the free Stardraw Viewer from http://www.stardraw.com/products/OrderViewer.asp - this allows them to view and print any .S01 file natively

2) Install a driver for the printer they are using and generate a print file from your own machine - the specifics for this can be found in the Stardraw Help menu; select Help Topics | Stardraw Features | Printing

3) Save your file as another common vector format e.g. DXF or DWG

4) If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, print to PDF

I hope this is helpful
