Trying to add manufacturer library - problem logging in

Hello,
I am trying to add a manufacturer library and am getting the message "Is there a problem logging in?"
License is current, any ideas?
Has worked perfect for a year and after paying yearly fee it quit.

Please advise.

Hi Gary,

Are you online and logged in to Stardraw Design 7.4?  Your login status is shown at the bottom right of the application window and you should see:
"Signed in as: [your email address]" followed by a green key icon followed by "Online".  If you do not see exactly that please reboot your computer and run Stardraw Design 7.4 again.

Can you confirm also that you have taken your license?  You can see this by going to the Help menu and choosing About Stardraw Design 7.4.

Somehow the license was released and had to be re-accepted.

Everything is working again BUT it does show 7.3 and when checking for updates it says no updates are available.
What is the process for getting the latest revision?

Stardraw Design 7.4 is a new installation - please download from https://www.stardraw.com/sd7/downloads

You can uninstall SD7.3 once SD7.4 is set up and fully synchronized.  Note that the first synchronization of SD7.4 can take a while because it has to download all selected Manufacturer Libraries and User Defined Products so please be patient during that process.
