Issue with Demo Login

Hi Joe,

The error that's being displayed really does mean that either your email address or password is incorrect, or Stardraw Design 7.3 is unable to connect to the internet..

Triple check that what you are entering is the same credentials as are registered at www.stardraw.com, in particular:
  • Passwords are case sensitive; check you're using the right case for each character and that Caps Lock is not on on your keyboard.
  • Check against leading or trailing spaces, especially if copying/pasting the email address or password; a space at the end of the address or password will cause a problem.  
To check internet settings, in the login dialog click on Proxy Settings and ensure that you are using the correct setting.  If you are NOT using a proxy server, choose "Use system proxy settings" or "Connect directly to the internet". 

If you are using a proxy server, make sure you have input the correct URL, username and password - your IT dept will be able to help with this (if you have one)

Hello, I am currently trying to use the Demo Version of Stardraw. I installed the program but when starting it i need to login but it will always say i need to check if my e-mail or password are correct. They are because I could login on the Website. And i recently created my account so the trial licencse should not be over now.
