The ability to delete individual ports on the Step 2 page of creating block schematic symbols would be helpful. The only current way I can see to do this is to go back a step and reduce the number of ports from a category, which just gets rid of the last ports created from that "type". The other workaround is to move the unwanted ports down to the bottom on the Step 2 page then go back to step 1 and reduce the number of ports.

Hi Pixelartworks,

Thanks for your post.  When evaluating feature requests we have to prioritise requests based on impact in the field and cost/benefit return.

This is the first time such a request has been made so we'd like to understand why and how often this activity takes place and how much time the suggested change would save.

Why do you need to remove ports in the UDP Wizard?  Is it only because you incorrectly specified the number of ports in Step 1?

In a typical month, how many times to you remove ports in the UDP Wizard?

Would the removal of ports not be more easily and efficiently achieved using the Symbol Editor? (Rightclick on the UDP in the Product Browser and choose Edit Symbols)

Kind regards,
Rob Robinson
