Hi Matthew,
The Report templates in Stardraw Design 7.3 are fixed and there is no built-in interface for the customization of the fields they include.
However, there are several approaches you can use to get the custom output you want.
Export the Equipment List, which contains all Attribute fields, and use Excel to format the output any way you want. Excel is so powerful that you can take this as far as you want, even using macros or smart templates to extract and format the data you want; the only limit there is your imagination.
For simple changes, e.g. to change labels in reports or the Attribute any field shows, it is possible to edit your own copies of the report templates. The templates themselves are just text files with a .rpt extension found in the Stardraw Design 7.3 installation folder.so it is possible to edit them with any text editor, e.g. Notepad, to make simple changes. Note that you should not edit the default templates (they will be overwritten when program updates are accepted) but instead you should make a copy and rename the .rpt file with a unique name.
For advanced changes, e.g. adding new fields or changing layout, you can use the Report Designer. This is a third party application and it's unsupported - so you're on your own - but it has the scope to do anything you might want with report templates. Link follows:

Again, you should always work on copied report templates with a new filename so that changes are not overwritten,
I hope this is helpful.
Kind regards,
