Fixes exception with error "The system cannot find the file specified" seen in build 18/01/2022 23:11:32 on some older computers, or when Windows might not be fully up to date, due to the absence of the WebView2 control.

This update will silently install the Microsoft WebView2 Runtime, if it is not already installed on the current computer. 

WebView2 allows web technologies including HTML and CSS to to be embedded within applications and is utilized from build 18/01/2022 to display the Stardraw Design 7.3 Start Page.

Other than the rendering of the application Start Page this update has no impact on features or functionality elsewhere in Stardraw Design 7.3, e.g. when working on project files, or on any part of the application other than the Start Page.
