First time of using software and making a symbol request i find it disappointing that two weeks later and istill waiting for symbols. As a company we were informed that normally  symbols would take three to four days, is the current time period what to expect or might it in future be a tad quicker. Perhaps the response to this winge will be as quick as getting the symbols.

Unfortunately we've been unable to find enough information about the products you have requested to enable us to create symbols. If we have enough information for a given product at our fingertips then yes, symbols requests can be turned around very quickly - sometimes in less than 24 hours.



It's regrettable that your symbols requests have yet to be published but please rest assured that we are doing everything we can. In the mean time if you are able to supply any information about these products such as a spec or data sheet, a link to a product page in the internet or ultimately a CAD drawing - this would help enormously and could speed things up.
