wont print

I get this error when printing and star draw crashes:

The error is because Windows thinks that "No printers are installed".
It could also be because the default Printer maybe a Network Printer that is not currently connected.
It could also be because there is a problem with the Printer Driver for the default Printer.

To diagnose further, can you Print from any other Application, such as Notepad?
Can you check whether there is a new Printer Driver from the Manufacturer?
Can you try changing the Default Printer as you can always choose a different Printer to Print to.
