Minor enhancements and fixes.

  1. Improved Error Messaging should a failure occur when auto-loading an Autosave file, or when exporting the Equipment List.
  2. The function Align to Grid | Symbol Origins can now be used for all symbols, not just those which represent Products, e.g. Feathers
  3. Improvements to PDF Import to support previously unsupported text encoding; this will resolve 'garbled' text characters in certain files.
  4. The default position of the Cable Labels dialog is now set to be the top left corner of the drawing window, at the time when the dialog is invoked, to ensure appropriate positioning of the dialog within the workspace. 
  5. Fixes the exception "The requested clipping operation failed to execute".
  6. Fixes "Height of 0" exception which might occur if display resolution changes between sessions, causing the Available Symbols Palette to take up more space than is available in the workspace; the Drawing Window will always occupy a height >0.
