Have encounted the issue presented in the below screen capture. Essentially creating a layer doesn't appear in the drop down when trying to change the layer of existing elements in the drawing.

Hi Haz,

Thanks for posting the video.  We've been unable to reproduce this effect in-house; newly-created layers behave exactly as expected and are available, to us, in the Layers dropdown in the Properties Grid for any selected objects.

Do you see the same issue if you start a new project?

Can you email the project file that exhibits the issue to us at techsupport@stardraw.com so that we can endeavor to reproduce the same behavior?  Many thanks.
