Not sure if I am missing a setting somewhere, but whenever I save the project file, the layers always revert back to their default based on the type of drawing. Block Schematic, Pictoral Drawings revert to "Audio Control Paths" and Rack Layout and Panel Layout default to "Front High Detail". Is there any way that when saving these can stay in whatever the last "Current Layer" used was? Additionally, is there a way to change what the default is? I rarely ever want to start in "Audio Control Paths."

Thanks,
- Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your post.  While it may seem counter-intuitive that the default layer behavior is fixed, there are some technical reasons concerning visibility and layer/mirror states which determine why layers default as they do.  This is one of those things can't currently be changed, but I hope that knowing this helps you to adopt a workflow that caters for it.

Kind regards,

Ok. At least knowing that this is what will happen and I wasn't missing something, I can work with it.

Cheers!
