We have two license's and have switched from dongle to cloud. Typically we only had two users so never any conflicts. Recently we added a third user and have set the software to auto release the license when you close the program. It appears that two of us are sharing one license and the second license is only available to the other user. Two of the users will get a message that no license is available if the other user is on even if the third person is not using the software. If you look to see which licenses are in use only one shows up. Is it possible to have both license in a pool available to all three users?

Hi Mik,

Cloud licenses are assigned to a given account (i.e. email address) so you will only be able to access licenses that are assigned to your account.

It sounds like you have licenses assigned to different accounts.

I suggest that all of your licenses should be switched to a 'shared' account so that all of the users in your organization can access any of your licenses.

Please email us at techsupport@stardraw.com with your account and license IDs so that we can make whatever changes are required to suit your purposes.- thanks.

Kind regards,
