Minor update to fix issues reported from the field when handling third-party data:
1) Importing DWG files now supports Arcs with a Sweep Angle of 0 degrees (arguably an invalid object).
2) Update to the way User Defined Products are treated so that handling of symbols, when dragging in from the Product Browser, is more robust if the UDP symbol file is idiosyncratic.
