With the objects in the symbol Grouped, use Arrange | Rotate.  This allows you to input specific rotation angles and is more accurate than dragging with the Rotate cursor.

I've been unable to reproduce the object issue shown in your video, but if you use Arrange | Rotate the rotation will apply to the whole group.

Hi, 

I have to issue at this time , first i am anable to take a rotated symbol and make it perfeclty straight.

when i use the tool i am not able to get a straight line ou in put anyvalues to try and straighten my symbol..

My other issue is that once i rotated my symbol once and deselected it if i do other actions when i reselect it to rotate again, it do not move all the lines that makes the symbol are not atached to each other and they move  separatly.. its kinda hard to explain so see the link for the video i will atach here : Rotation issue
