A maintenance update that resolves issues reported from the field:
1) Fixes the issue where, in certain cases, if a Manufacturer is deselected and the library synchronized, re-selecting that Manufacturer and synchronizing might fail to populate the Product Browser with the all of that Manufacturer's products.
2) Improves the robustness of the Product Attributes spreadsheet so that all appropriate Attribute values will be pulled into a project for any Product, even if Products in the spreadsheet are missing a value for Model Number or Description.  Note that each Product in the Product Attributes spreadsheet must have either a Model Number or a Description or, preferably, both; the Product Attributes spreadsheet cannot function correctly if a Product has neither Model Number nor Description values.  
3) Fixes regression that might cause the contents of the Product Browser to show libraries for the wrong drawing type if the order of drawing tabs is changed.
