Hi Bear,

Try holding down the Shift key on your keyboard as you start SD7.3 within the 4K desktop; this resets the workspace - which, with the changes in monitors and scaling, may have become confused - back to its factory default settings for the current desktop.

If this does not solve your problem can you send us a screengrab of your entire desktop with SD7.3 running while in Cable Labels mode?  You can use Windows Snipping Tool, part of the OS in Windows 10, as a quick, convenient and powerful way to capture all or part of your screen.

Kind regards,
Rob Robinson

Rob,
I took your suggestion and was running SD on my 4k LG display with 150% scaling enabled. A decent compromise. At some point I needed to use the cable label tool, but when I clicked on it the cursor would go into label mode, but the label parameter window would not appear. I searched for it, even alt tabbed to no luck. All behavior for the icon seemed normal however I could not set the label parameters due to the window not appearing. I solved the problem, by moving over SD to my laptop 1080 screen and there I got the window back where I was able to plug in parameters and create labels as needed. Not a show stopper but something hopefully you can recreate and fix or let me know how to resolve. Thank you for your quick responses as usual.
