1) Removes redundant/duplicate Fill Color entry from Properties Grid.
2) Fixes issue importing DXF files which require the font TXT.SHX
3‌) Improvements to DWG export where the source drawing contains image(s) - resolves error that might be thrown on second and subsequent exports of the same drawing.  Also resolves other error cases that might display "Path not of legal form".
