1) Replaces MD5 hashing when handling Image objects to ensure compliance with FIPS-enabled security policies.  This avoids exceptions thrown when opening project files that contain images, or using images in drawings, when operating on computers/networks where United States Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140 standard is enforced.
2) Updates DWG import to handle DWG files with XREFs that reference an absolute path that is invalid.  If an externally referenced file is not found in the absolute path SD7.2 searches for the filename in the same folder as the base DWG file.
