Increased tolerance when calculating y differential in connected Cables segments so that if a symbol is moved vertically, the final segment of connected cables is moved accordingly, maintaining a horizontal appearance even if the segment is very slightly, even imperceptibly, off the horizontal. In other words, connected cable segments should never become diagonal when the symbol to which they're connected is moved up or down.
