A minor maintenance update:
1) In cases where, on application startup, there is an issue opening the Application database which holds the Manufacturer Product Libraries, e.g. the .SDF file has been damaged, instead of throwing an exception the error is caught and a full re-synchronization is initiated to rebuild the database from scratch, without error.
2) "Sign In" commands that were previously available when already signed in have been removed to prevent confusion.  Users can and need to Sign In only when they are not already signed in.
3) The "Debug Information" group in the Properties Grid which might appear for certain objects is deprecated.
