  1. Handle behavior on symbols always defaults to Move, rather than Resize; this is a change in default behavior where the symbols were created using Paste Array, or on re-opening an existing project.  It means that the default Handle behavior, Move, is now fully consistent across all symbols.
  2. Importing legacy .S01 files now sets a drawing type of "Plan" if no drawing type was set in the original .S01 file, ensuring that the Product Browser is correctly populated with Library and User Defined Products.
  3. Drawings created by File | Import PDF as New Project all have the correct default grid size.
  4. Change to the z-order of Cables so that the cable's labels are always drawn in front of, and are never obscured by, the line segments of the Cable.
  5. Support has been added for 'exotic' characters in passwords, including ", $, & etc.
  6. The Symbol Browser is now available in Symbol Editor mode when your license does not include the Plan View module.
