1) Improvements to "Create User Defined Product from Product" functionality where the Manufacturer of the base product is not installed locally.
2) Workspace settings, e.g. window sizes, are now persisted on a drawing-by-drawing basis.  Factory defaults for the workspace can be restored by holding down the Shift key when creating a new drawing.
3) Fixes bug where a Manufacturer library that was removed from the Library might not synchronize if later it was added back as a Selected Manufacturer.  
4) Tools | Personalization now always shows the Symbol Directories tab.
