1) Further improvements to Import PDF as New Project, adding support for certain PDF variants that might report an error on import.
2) Adds Tools | Personalization | Symbol Directories tab where the current application configuration does not include the Plan View Module.
3) Fixes rare occurrence where a computer might incorrectly report its license status (Cloud-based licensing only)
